FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: We don't know how to pose, is that okay?
A: Of course! Leave the poses and prompts to me, just bring your personality!

Q: Would you travel for photos?
A: I love traveling and would be honored to come to meet you where you are or wherever your love takes you!

Q: What should I wear to my engagement shoot?
A: Whatever you would like and are comfortable in. I usually suggest a white, or light colored dress or blouse for the bride-to-be. Flowy dresses tend to photograph really well! Just keep the location in mind when deciding on an outfit. You might have a hard time hiking to a lakefront in high heels!

Q: Can we use props?
A: Absolutely! I will gladly take advantage of whatever you have in order to bring your vision to life. Props add personality; and flowers, blankets and heirlooms all help make your shoot your own.

Q: May I bring multiple outfits?
A: You may bring as many outfits as you want, just keep in mind the time and location. If we are out in the field, it may be hard to find somewhere to change, and the time it takes will cut into our agreed-upon time so please take that into consideration.

Q: Can I post my photos?
A: Yes! I encourage my clients to share and print their photos. I do maintain copyright of the photos so I ask to receive credit especially if you submit the photos to a blog or website. The photos also may not be used for advertising unless discussed beforehand, but private usage is just fine!

Q: Will my photos be watermarked?
A: No, I never watermark the photos that I deliver to my clients. You will receive only fully edited, high quality JPEGS.

Q: Can I have all of the RAW photos unedited?
A: I have decided to not deliver unedited photos.

Q: Can you send me *all* of the photos from the session?
A: After a session, I cull the photos to choose the best ones that represent my work properly and edit them before delivering them. If I omitted a photo from the final delivery, it was because it genuinely was not good. I promise you aren't missing out on anything special. I don't put a cap on the photos I deliver because I want my clients to have all of the special moments from the session.

Q: How can I order prints?
A: You'll receive your edited photos in a personalized gallery, and you'll be able to purchase prints and other physical photo products right from your gallery!

Q: Why are the engagement and elopement sessions approximate times?
A: I've realized that I work best when I am not running up against a clock, and am most creative when I don't feel rushed! So this is to give me time to really make the most of the locations without making you feel like I'm wasting time that you paid for.
